What an incredible life of such an accomplished and one of the most humble man I can think of right now. This brought me to tears.
I knew him of course and saw a couple of his movies, but since I was too young to understand what he stood for and what he did for his race and community, to really know the reasons behind. Still, he left me with awareness of his undeniable presence, stoic dignity and an incredible calmness in his character, which was shining through his movies as well as his life.
As the documentary states, he was one of a kind and will be long remembered for many contributions as an actor, director and political activist for human rights.

My parents recently rewatched “Guess Who’s coming to dinner” and I was talking to My Mom about it – how special that production with Spencer Tracy passing away just days after filming especially… I’d like to watch this, as I really don’t know his story.

That’s a beautiful summary of his legacy. Isn’t it always wonderful to learn about the unflinching dedication of certain people to the disenfranchised? As I read your words, I was reminded of being equally moved when I learned about the breadth of Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s Legacy, thanks to RBG (2018).

He was such a wonderful human being!
I had to check the RGB trailer and I’m not sure if I ever heard of this woman. Or more likely I did, but did not register with me since her influence seems to mostly be in the USA. Nevertheless, she sounds to be a very interesting and inspirational person.

‘Interesting and inspirational’ is exactly right. I hope you get to watch RGB at some point.
